I have had money for both trials taken out of two different accounts, one for each trial. How do i go about getting a refund? Can i cancel my cards before getting a refund? What about the section in the second email relating to some kind of fraud database for those who charge back?

Yes cancel your cards as soon as possible not sure how much they have clamed so far. If it is just the postage you can say good bye to that. However anything that has been charged to your account after your cancellation e-mail /letter date can be charged back, insist your card providers charge these amounts back and send the copy's of e-mails/ letters you sent to these company's is does not matter if they have not replied you have done your bit. It is true there is no fraud data base just ingore there threats they cannot modify terms and conditions to suit themselves. Good luck

I am in the same position as yourself. I managed to cancel Cleanwhites but Everbright Smiles has been a wild goose chase. Yesterday i managed to get through to the customer service number stated on everbrights terms and conditions 001 877 683 3080 (try around 2.30pm UK time) However, the company then told me they had no record of my name or email address!! I have no record of my order number. The girl who answered then told me i was calling a company called xmbrand - so i am guessing this is a call centre used for various companies. I asked for an email address but was told they couldnt pass it on due to secuirity reasons. I was also given an address in Florida for Everbright Smiles;
3609 N 29th Avenue
Hollywood, Florida
33020
USA

I now do not know who is taking money from my account. But it is without doubt connected to this scam - who are the Company who have taken money from your account?? A company called smilekit took £78.00 for Cleanwhites. Another Company called Caleigh Harbour llc (impossible to contact) took a further £153.00 from my account - i assumed this was Everbright. Good Luck hope you get somewhere !

I hope you have followed the advise given on this thread and cancelled your cards and requested a chargeback from you card providers
• Hi I am usually very careful online when i see free offers and the like and usually ignore them but fell for the the story of the canny mum who got free trials to whiten
her teeth but as soon as i had given my details for both everbrite smile and clean white
i had bad feeling and saw after reading for five mins that the small print had some
pretty bad news so i called both companies and cancelled

everbrite 0018776833080
clean white 08708200066
You can to be safe call the everbrite thru just talk which is 1p a min its 0844869900
I was told by both reps from companies that that was order cancelled i received
an email from clean whites confirming but to date despite calling again and being told my order was indeed cancelled i have received nothing from everbrite
I have been charged postage by both companies amounting to some £5 and when my neighbour handed in my package from clean whites i called to return but
rep told me it was mine to keep and no further monies would be asked for (i stll have not opened it ) I have emailed everbrite several times at care@everbritesmiles.com and have recived nothing back
This company although operating within the law as my bank have told me do not operate a reasonable code of practice and also despite cancelling my card i have been told that they could possibly get money from my account i just need to keep an eye on it and inform bank and they will dispute the payment with them and i should repeat should get money back , not very reassuring at all , so lesson learned and i wont be falling for this again lets hope thats all the money i lose
The testimonials online are scary and someone will have to take action against
this lot soon they are extremely hard to contact do not have a legitimate email address and do not respond when you ask for confirmation of cancellation

Good luck to everyone who has dealings with them i hope my reply will help someone in some little way
• Mountain Cap Wonder LLC is yet another company name being used by the everbright smiles scam to charge credit cards up to £150 at a time. So watch out for any unauthorised charges under that name.

• hi everyone,

just wanted to say everbrite smile took out £59.50 from my credit card today, this was the carge id been waiting for!

natwest credit card disputes advised me that any charges after the date i emailed the company to cancel would be charged back. this is the first charge since my cancellation email to the company so i rang natwest again today and they are sending me out a form to fill in. this is a one-time form that asks for the date that you cancelled the subscription and you attach your email or letter to it. then after that, a team will manually check my account for any similar transactions and chargeback them too in the future. they are aware that these companies change their names all the time too so they will be looking out for that.

apparently the chargeback gets the money back off the everbritesmiles people, PLUS GIVES THEM A PENALTY CHARGE...so im advised that this will stop them after a few chargebacks.

hope everyone else has had as much luck as me

Phishing/Scam sites often come in groups. If you find one do a Reverse IP look up to find the other scam sites hosted on the same server as the one you found.

So as you can see it's the same people as previous scams, just a new name
( Brighter Teeth Whitening System)

and uses the same telephone number: 0870 820 0066
and email: support1@globalcustomersupport.net

• is not so cute tonight...

i thought about buying this product last week and thought i hadn't until i got the email saying i had!!

tried tonight to cancel using the number on the email but unavailable as were some of the numbers in earlier posts. finally got through using the number in allanmacd's post. they say that i've now cancelled and i asked them for a email address to confirm but....

they are going to send me an email and i have to follow a link to a page i have to fill in and then submit my cancellation on line. given all that's happened (and bearing in mind i'm a bit of a technophobe as well as a doozy) i'm a wee bit wary of this... any advice on this gratefully received.

meantime i phoned my bank but as i have not yet received goods - too soon - they can't really do anything. the nice girl, however, moved my meager balance, including my overdraft, to my savings account and i'm off in to the bank tomorrow to close the account and open another one...
