oh just seen..congratsulations BEENIE! :jbeautiful name too!
Like others have said regarding the breastfeeding..the early days can be very very hard, they were for me, Ethan was constantly on my boobs and my nipples got very sore and started to bleed. Then my milk came in and things greatly improved. I know how hard it is at first but it is a good thing that babe is at the breast alot,it's their way of signalling to your body it need to make milk NOW! lol. Hope it gets better for you soon xxx and as strange as it sounds, I'm abit jealous..wish I could go back and have them early days with Ethan all over again!!

Oh, can I just say..he gave me a huge grin when I went to lift him out of his cot this morning, melted my heart! :D
love my little man he is amazing :j

    Morning all..

Nothing much to say (Rhys is still asleep..) so just saying Hi :D

More wrapping and sorting for Christmas here.. roll on 5pm tomorrow! We're going to my parents' for a cuppa and mince pies, to drop their presents off (so we can take my smaller car on Xmas Day and don't have to fit them in too) and to give them their thankyou presents for all their help this year - but they don't know about the last bit yet ;)

Hope all the poorlies are brighter this morning xxx

Some good reductions on JoJo Maman Bebe and a 20% off and free delivery code http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2162653 . Code only gave me free delivery not 20% off but still bargainous.

Nursing vests in blue or grey for £5 each- no idea how good they are but I loved the maternity wear so have high hopes. I've ordered two plus some bits for Henry as I've hardly got him anything for Christmas.

Thanks GISI - will order a couple of things for Holly. The site is running really slowly though!

Elle - what have you got for your parents as a thank you?

Oooh, postie just came with Anna Banana and Ozzie Orange! Now need to decide which to keep for Holly and which to give to my new baby niece. The bin men have been too which is great as our recycling bin was full. I didn't think they would manage. I feel sorry for them all traipsing through the deep snow here.

New DIY trousers for Dad (the type builders wear with knee pads in; he has some but they're getting very worn), manicure voucher for Mum (cos she's been responsible for stripping all the walls), restaurant voucher (cos they're about to have their kitchen knocked out and won't be able to cook properly for a while), nice bottle of wine and Grandma/Grandad mugs and keyrings :)

ETA: Oh and personalised gardeners kneeling pad for mum cos she uses one when stripping said wallpaper :)

Hmmm - we are snowed in. can't get in or out and the motorway is shut. Hmmmm. We are meant to be going to my parents today. Hmmmmmmm.

Why do I have a sporty BMW and not an X5? Ah yes, because I bought it pre baby and before I saw the weather forecast!

no gammy eyes here but Chris was sick but I'm not sure if he was already a bit off before the meet or if he picked it up there.

SB - are you ready for Jamie's birthday?

I think so! I keep forgetting about his birthday, poor boy :o. We are having a house party for my family and friends the day after Boxing Day and just close family on his actual birthday.

Are you all ready for Christmas?!

    xx
