  • Oh yeah, forgot about honey... Not to under 1s... Although I saw some honey ricecakes in Asda the other day and they didn't say anything about an age recommendation??

On the birthday party thing... It is a bit crowded in the beginning, I think that's sometimes why it's easier to have parties somewhere else... This year I'm thinking I might get some party planner people in that do a high school musical party (basically just get the children dancing, singing and nail painting...) I've emailed for a price and the woman said she prefers to do the parties in a home rather than a church hall, but if I have it at home and invite the minimum 8 children, it will be very crowded with parents here too so hopefully, Aimee's an age where parents will just drop the girls off and pick them up later...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Black and white dogtooth - thought it wouldn't clash with various colour coats! :p

I almost ordered the purple, but was glad I didn't, I saw 4 in town yesterday.

Ooh, nice! I wasn't given that colour option in Boots!

We have the red one although some sites call it pink!

Tara I love that highchair! But i have a real thing for the ones that turn into a table and chair as they get older.

We'll be staying in tonight and going to bed as usual - really cba with staying up just for the boys to wake me at 6.30 in the morning. I like my sleep and woe betide anyone that rings me at midnight!!

Claire - how about you email them and tell them you'll refund them with the amount you are now able to sell if for, since they've damaged it?

Tara - I like it! No helpful advice or experience, but it looks nice. :p

SB I hope you haven't had poor Jamie out in a pink pushchair - he'll have issues! :rotfl:

Tonight - we'll be staying in and eating and drinking as usual! Last year we both fell asleep before midnight and the bl00dy fireworks woke us up.

I wouldn't want to give a refund Claire, but a partial one seems fair, deduct the loss for the reduced price and the postage costs, they wouldn't be able to return it to a shop like that.

Good idea 3, as they can see for themselves what you get.

Thank you, I'm not being unreasonable then! I have 100% feedback but aren't bothered if she wants to neg me. Its only a jammed screw so I might be able to remove it but looks like they've already tried with a pair of pliers. They've scraped the hook which link onto the buggy so only slight cosmetic damage which if I'm honest you'd probably not notice when using it but thats not the point! Will try to take a picture in a minute

Hi Claire...will wait for you to let me know whether its repairable or not before I buy one...
Brain a bit fuddled at mo but did you say about fairies sending some milk storage bags to me ? I know 2 people did inc Pinkpig but I had already said yes to someone else and nothing here yet... doesnt matter if it wasnt you as will get some myself....

Does 1lb 3oz seem alot of weight to put on in 17 days? I was shocked when William was weighed yesterday

    Haggis. MMMMMM

You can microwave it, boil it, and oven It I think?

I served that on Xmas day, but made them into haggis balls and deep fried them. OMG THEY WERE LUSH!!

Microwaved it, rolled it into balls, rolled in flour, dipped in batter, submerged in the good tasting fried goodness. I served it with salad and chillied cranberry sauce.

Even OH's dad ate them (but they were vegetarian ones I bought) because couldn't find ones without pork in them (like !!!!!! it's supposed to come from a sheep!) AND OH's dad won't even eat sausages and the like because of all the stuff in them..."What's inside sausages scare me, eyeballs and @rseholes and god knows what else" I said you can get like 99% pure beef ones "Im worried about the 1%"

Just sent you a pm - scary timing!!

Its repairable and to be honest so firmly stuck at the moment it would be safe to use anyway! Its whether I have the strength to remove the screw without having to use a vice and withour breaking the screw. Although it could be drilled out very easily but I don't have a vice to hold it still whilst I drilled it - damn ebay buyers! I did say about milk storage but fairies will need some guidance as to where to go.
