I think you should still keep him warm for the journey - maybe just a basic sleepsuit for easy removal when there?, but layers of blankets or whatever for the stroller?0

Thanks Bruno. I'M all in a bit of a tizz as this is the first time he's been I'll. On call doctor said not to worry about a fever, even 40 degrees isn't a big deal! I feel like a silly worried mother! the baby who LO likely caught it off ended up in hospital.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

Very snotty and appears to want to wear his baby dressing gown to Hampton Court Palace  Just wrestling him into appropriate clothes before we go, and hoping the cold doesn't make his cold any worse! But staying in the house is too much for a whole day, he goes wild...0

Morning all..
*hugs* Feelie.. hope Tobes is better soon xx
OH's alarm went off at 8.45am, bizarre cos he left for work two hours before then! Anyway it woke Rhys up, but he had a bottle and went straight back to sleep.. it's obviously far too early for him yet :rotfl: Fussy b00ger is now faffing with bottles of formula but wolfing down EBM when he's previously shown no idea of the difference.. grrr, helping the guilt, not! :cool:0 -
Hugs Toby (and Feelie!). You've done well getting this far with no illness - must be the gold top you've been feeding him! It's horrible being a mummy of a poorly baby though - it makes you feel a bit useless!
Hi Bruno - enjoy your day out. Whats wrong with wearing your baby dressing gown to go out? Nightwear is the fashion in some areas around here!
Scruffy  & :rotfl:at your mouse incident!
Hugs MM for your non-sleeping daughter. I have no advice, mine is still a pita at 9.I doesn't help that our bathroom is downstairs, so she has the perfect excuse to come down for 10 wees a night after she's gone up. In between the 10 wees, theres the drink she really really needs and the 20 really important things she needs to tell me.
Hi Carla and Elle, and anyone else lurking.
My new pushchair arrived this morning - I like it. I've pushed it around the house and feels nice to push. And it folds really small. I'm going to go for a walk shortly to try it out properly.
What's everyones plans for this evening? (It is NYE today isn't it?).
Are any of our scottish ladies about? OH has bought a haggis! What the chuff do I do with it?

Maz Buggy board has arrived back with me but damn buyer has damaged it!
Info needed if anyone can please: the buyer is out of the 45 days to raise a dispute (they waited almost a month before opening the box!) Now they paid £40 plus postage but I won't be able to re-sell at as much because they've damaged it (jammed a screw in one of the holes and scraped the plastic on it trying to get the screw out I presume). They've returned it to me but as its outside of the 45 days they can't get ebay/paypal onto me but I don't want to give a full refund as its now not worth as much and I can't re-claim fees & courier costs etc. Can I do just a partial refund instead?:heart2: Charlie born Aug 2007 :heart2: Reece born May 2009

Feelie, don't feel like a silly worried mother... It's right to be worried, and all information on under 1s says to take then to the Dr if they have a temperature. I agree with a sleepsuit and some blankets... Will you be taking him in the stokke? Maybe swap the blankets for an all in one? You can always remove it once you're in the waiting room....
3, I usually microwave haggis and serve with mash and gravy... But I'm not scottish... I just used to buy them up there when I went to Glasgow for meetings with work...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I'd def just do a partial refund. It's their fault if they waited a month to open it and then damaged it!Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0

Claire, if they are at fault I would be hard pushed to give them a refund at all! If they are outside the eBay and Paypal terms then you have less to lose... Maybe ask on the eBay forum...
