oh a reccuring Qu in here Don't forget that as Mooki has told us you can only say who you want in the will, they have to apply for in themselves and anyone else can apply too then the court decides.

My mum and dad, and then my sister and SIL after that. Don't want him going to ILs at all.. :cool: We've not really talked about it, I'm scared to bring it up cos somehow I don't think OH will agree with me!

we want philips sister but im scared to death my mother tries to get my children if anything happens to me let alone both of us .. i know she will try it and i dont want her anywhere near my children x

Hmmm.. so really theres no point in writing it at all? Probably better to just ask who you have in mind?

we have chatted about it, and said they would be best off with our Christian B&SIL.

still put it in there, IIRC in the event more than one application is put in they would consider your wishes but she said the most important thing is to discuss it with your nominated person and for them to know what they need to do in the event

Elle do you really think OH wouldn't agree?
I thought OH would say his mum but he actually agreed with me. (is it bad that I pray that nothing ever happens to just me? OH would run staight to his mummy and much as I like her I do NOT want her being a big influence on how my boys turn out )
