Didn't freeze the salad! It would be ick, will keep for a few days and we will all have plenty of roughage! I also got sliced ham and beef from the deli counter, LOADS of it, supposed to be £5.60 amount of ham and I got it for 50p.

    That's OH's sarnies sorted.

Oh no, family upset in the offing... my nan put a £50 cheque in our xmas card and £15 in Rhys', but nothing in my sister's.. I know my nan is on a bit of a cull of her will beneficiaries - she's already written out two cousins "because they don't bother" with her - but me and my sis don't do anything different to each other

carla, this isnt a new thing, and no she doesnt need much sleep, if she gets at least 7 hours she is grand !! Most kids her age need at least 9 - 11 hours, but she has been like that since she was 3 or 4
Have told her she is allowed to read for a bit, but she wont do that, she like to bounce and run around and change teddy bears and go to the toilet 5 times and anything else that doesnt involve lying down !!!

then perhaps u should invest in a straight jacket!!!?? lol. sorry, i know it isnt funny for u! have u been to the docs with her? but then im assuming that they will only say tat she will sleep when she needs to!???? tough situation chum! really feel for ya!
When katie is in bed 10 mins late i freak out a bit!

The party is tomorrow, the salad won't take effect that quickly and I just ate a whole packet of kettle crisps!! Oopsies! The diarehea puts me into negative calories though :D

You do get some good bargains in the tescos/asda if you go at the right time, the tesco metro is tiny, but only up the road from me and I usually pop in after putting Keira to nursery cause they have a whole fridge of reduced stuff, meat and sandwiches usually, can't sniff at a chicken and stuffing sammich for 20p can we!!
  • elle, my nan has changed her will too give her money to my mum and her sister and asmine Dylan and my nephew and has said that me and my sis dont need anything and if we do, my mum can give us some !!

Everytime she doesn't hear from one of my older cousins for a while, she gets my Dad to take her to the solicitors and change it   Odd, because rumour always had it that everything was split three ways between my dad, uncle and aunty and they passed it on to their children as they saw fit. Not that I care, either way, I'd rather have my nan!

We have always had a running joke where we're to make it known if there's something (ornament, picture etc) of hers we like, and I told her I just wanted her little teapot and she phoned me a few months back, distraught that she's broken the spout off it! :o

I asked my mum if she thought I should share the money I got with my sis but she said no. Said maybe I won't get anything in my card next year instead! :p
