Caz - That's what I told him! Then he called me stupid, because he has bought his flat therefore the council won't repair it (apparently) I told him that's not true because the boiler leaked and damaged his house and Im a council tennant and twasn't anyones fault. But of course he knows best, he just wants to shaft me, because Keira runs too loudly.

He had a right cheek though said, OH THE NOISE HAS BEEN BETTER SINCE WE REPORTED YOU LAST. I told him he was "Sad and pathetic for harrassing a 3year old but hey if he has nothing better to do then fair do's"

I'd love to post some cat poopys through his door.

My cats are fine thanks! I just hope the threat of eviction doesn't loom over their heads again, poor things. He even thought I had got rid of them so they obviously don't make noise or anything, plus he shouldnt of walked into my house anyways, I'll be phoning the housing man on Monday to tell him straight, and to leave my cats out of this or I'll phone my MP and say that I'm being abused by them :rotfl:

three2be - Well I'd actually be like this :D:D:D if the council told them that, as he ripped the paper off, and was like LOOK AT THAT, it was one chucnk of paper he had ripped into 5! Though he might pester me then.....

Should get himself to B&Q, I'll even lend him my Grandads 20% card to be neighbourly :D
  • Emlou- sorry for not asking you to the meet. To be honest I had it in mind that Basingstoke is a pain to get to from you, but I guess it's just along the m27 and up the m3. maybe we could do Southampton or Winch next time? And I hope we're still meeting in Poole with the West country lot!

In laws have driven me mental but are now gone. If I wasn't on the wagon for January I'd be having a stiff drink now.

Weezl, have you tried your local netmums for sale board? I was looking at ours earlier and there were a couple of BN birthing pools which hadn't been required because Mum had needed to have a hospital birth in the end.. :)
  • The best thing I have spent my money on since having Katie is her swimming lessons. Half an hour a week and she can swim short distances on her own, no arm bands or flotation aids. She has also learnt important life saving techniques such as heading for the wall and holding on.

We've had split pea and frankfurter soup with croutons for our tea tonight - a cheap Nigella recipe which is a first. Katie wolfed it down too.

bacon and green lentils with onions is nomnomnom in the slo-cooker

    Chicken and bacon pie?

Fry it up with courgettes and mushrooms and stir through rice

    Liver and bacon casserole?

With marrowfat peas in a pea and ham soup?

    Crispy in an avocado salad

wrapped round prunes and baked (sounds strange but absolutely gorgeous)

wrap around chunks of leeks and then bake with a cheesy sauce over the top

    Pasta carbonara

pasta amatriciana (tomatoey bacony sauce with a hint of chilli)

A sarnie for the morning after the night before ;)

Happy birthday to your DD angela - Mine was 16 last thursday! people often ask her if Roo is hers!!!!!!!!

Have just politely told the scum bag next door how unbecoming it is when he spits on the floor ( in the nicest possible way!!!!!)
Wonder if its too early to send them a 'good luck in your new home' card - think they will realise they are being evicted :)
