Maybe those who are struggling are on pre payment meters

Being on pension credits I am entitled to CWP and have 3 triggers but received no payment yet, we are on prepayment meter and having to put £30 a week on, we did build up some credit (£100) during the summer by putting £5 a week on, but are now down to £30 and there another £30 will have to be paid again tomorrow.
My husband had a stroke 15 months ago and is not very mobile due to this and I have severe COPD. I get warning from the Met office over the phone and they stress that we should keep warm, so yes it is very worryng0 -
