The important word here is AND. If you read the statement properly, you need to fulfil the first set of criteria, then the second criteria is a child under 5 or one from the list.
You need to be in receipt of both parts to receive CWP

well i have had a very long convo with job centre and that postcode search means nothing. it says my postcode has 2 triggers, but according to them they get told by weather station and weather station says my postcode has no triggers. but it been iced and frozen for weeks outside and the lowest temp was -5.5 on 6th so i dont know.
but she sed i have no triggers and am not getting any payments, she sounded nice and she says sorry but many people have phoned up because direct gov has told them thier postcode has triggers but unfortunately its not the same details as thier own.
therfore id phone instead of checking on then i thought i was getting £50 turned out i get £0. good luck every1 else with theres.:mad:0 -
ive had one so far postcode triggered on 23/12/09 got that on 31/12/09, last postcode trigger date 4/12/10, just rang i/s who asked for my postcode after i told them it was triggered on the 4th, they said itll be in the bank on the 13th. they were correct when i spoke to them about the last one it was in on the date they said it would be in.0
