  • Speaking on the 'phone yesterday to someone in BA about CWP's I was told that there may be some delay in processing & payment due to the longish Xmas bank hols etc - but all should be in the bank account within 2 weeks.

    i havnt recieved any cwp this yr
    is this as my child is now 5yrs? im on income support and waiting to see if i qualify for dla due to b cancer

    north lanarkshire here £50 in bank account today,,last time i checked i was only entilted to 2,,but that may have changed recently

    I am in the lu postcode just checked again they have changed it to a pdf file now .. according to the checklist i should have 2 ..:) .. recieved one on the 31st dec .. so another one should be on its way .. the list is uptill the 4th jan..

    if you get a statement it will show dwp £25.00.
  • Despite the appalling weather for the last three weeks or so, we are not receiving a cold weather payment in our area. the weather station used is Crosby and is on the coast, so it hasn't been freezing there for seven consecutive days. I'm a few miles inland and we have had freezing and below freezing weather every day.

    Oh well, such is life. I'm still keeping the heating on and will deal with the cost later.
