I think you will find I am helpful how many posts in this thread alone have I given advice, wind your neck in.
OK fair enough DX2, I over reacted so I am sorry for that, to be honest with you being out of work for 2 years having applied to over 300 jobs in that time, I have lost my sense of humour.
I have given up expecting a payment from them, if I get one it will be a nice surprise.
In order to make sure I have enough gas now I just wont pay any of my creditors any money. They can take me to court if they want to.0 -

Have you seen anyone about your debt? I think you can visit the CAB and they can write to them and you may be able to make a token payment of a £1 if things are bad.
I saw them a couple of years ago, I was paying 5 pounds to each creditor but since then things have got worse. Wife & I have a few more debts plus a large phone bill. I have suggested to wife we go to PAYG for the internet & phone services & we have got rid of sky tv a year ago as that was a luxury. May go back to the CAB for more advice. None of this would have been a problem if the RBS had agreed we were a hardship case & given back the charges. But they decided that we didnt have hardship so no charges refund.
thanks for your advice0 -
