I have given up expecting a payment from them, if I get one it will be a nice surprise.
In order to make sure I have enough gas now I just wont pay any of my creditors any money. They can take me to court if they want to.
Hi there
I agree with DX2 get some help and advice on this.;)
I have had to deal with some matters over the last year, my hubby lost his job because where he worked went into admininstration/dissolved then, I care for my autistic son full time and with a mortgage to deal with as well, protected for so long, but there was other debt as well to deal with.
There is another thread on here to help you through these issues called debtfreewannabe here:

Seek some help and advice on there, you will find it will be like an heavy weight lifted.
There are also a free debt organisation called CCCS (Consumer credit counselling service) that post up on there from mainly Monday to Friday who can help you through this.
They have helped us and will also supply you with some template letters to send to creditors.
Give it a go, I'm glad I did and it seems that things are finally falling into place.
Wishing you luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
