I am entitled to CWP, have had 3 triggers for my postcode, 2 have already been paid but there is one more, i rang esa who said no, they only have record of 2 triggers.

I pointed the woman on the phone to the direct.gov website and asked her to put my postcode in to see for herself, she did and then confirmed that yes there were indeed 3 triggers, we then both confirmed the dates for the 2 payments i have already received (the day i get the payment in my bank i also get a letter giving me the dates the represent).

But the 3rd payment is somewhere between the 2 i have already received and the woman claims that the possible date was not cold enough.

This has confused me somewhat, if a trigger has happened then payment should be made should it not? the information is on their own direct.gov website.

    Help?

i wouldnt be suprised if they change the amount of triggers....as i posted earlier .....last week i done the post code check to see how many triggers there has been and it said 5 payments were due however it was changed and has gone down to 4.
    :)

    Still nothing.....
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Have just got in touch with them....they are absolutely snowed under with the amount that are having to be done manually and they are telling people that they should be in payment by the end of the month.

She couldn't apologise enough and is well aware of the problems of CTC, severe disability element and IS is causing.

So just a case of being patient.
