Gills, contact Rachel Howey at capital one and ask about your claim through RH and if they accepted the offer etc. The number I think is on this thread else Yan can you give it to Gills ?
Looks like the strike off has been removed from RH at companies house so they may have entered their accounts and stay operating.LegalBeagles0 -

Thanks for the info - I didn't get a chance to call them yesterday at work (too busy!). I will try next week. I will also contact Capital One to see if they can give me any information about my claim.
