Its okay will ask RH for them.

The refund will have the interest added to it which is why it will be different. RH I think take just the interest as their 'fee' so are they billing you for £360 ish ?

Following your cancelling the service with RH have you had any communication with BC ?

    Bill,

You have cancelled your agreement with RH, by email and then by letter.

The refund that you have received from Barclaycard has occurred such a long time after you cancelled the agreement with RH it is obvious it has nothing to do with them whatsoever.

Please post up the RH letter you have just received and we will assist you in producing a suitable response.

    Dear Esmerellda,

Yes, that is the amount RH are asking for. As for any communications with BC since our cancellation of agreement with RH, we haven't had any direct comm. with BC but a credit of about £498 on the monthly statement (with no more descriptions of it excdept 'credit')

  • Yan, I have just spoken with Tim at RH.

He should be in touch with you this morning.

He said that he did send BACS payment request to bank on the date he promised but for some reason this has not gone through. He will be organising CHAPS payment today so funds should be in your account later today.

    Thanks Budgie.

Tim called me earlier, he didn't mention CHAPS. He said that he had made a payment and that he doesn't know what happened. He's taken my bank details again and said he will try and call me later but he's out of the office today.

Nothing in my bank as yet.
