Tim and Robertson Holbrook have had more than enough chances to resolve matters.

Tim has lied to both Yan and myself on more than one occasion so forgive me if I dont get too excited about his promises Gills.

I have started on the path to put this matter to bed via the Capital One route. At the moment we only know of you two who have had this sort of problem with Robertson Holbrook. I dread to think how many others there might be.

At the end of the day it may all be a big administrative error on Robertson Holbrook's side but to be honest I dont think so !!!!

As far as I am concerned Robertson Holbrook have let you both down badly and in a manner which is unforgivable. They do not deserve to carry on this practice any longer and I will not rest until the matter is resolved once and for all.

Budgie I'm not getting excited about him contacting me - when reading everything on here - I doubt I will get a call, more than likely I'll get the answer machine if I try to contact them again!!

Do either of you ( Yan or Gills ) have a copy of your Robertson Holbrook contract that I could have a look at please.

If you could make a copy of the contract ( delete all your personal details ) and then scan it and post up here it would be great.

Alternatively, please PM a scanned copy to me.

Robertson Holbrook are in breach of the contract in both Yan and Gill's claims.

Please leave things with me for a few hours tomorrow morning.

Tim called both of you this afternoon but did not return my call, which he had promised to do. I want to have a few words in his ear tomorrow morning !

Plus, I would like to talk to Adam again at Capital One to see what they are prepared to do to assist in resolving this issue.

I do not think it would be correct for either of you to settle for just the return of your charges, you both deserve additional amounts to cover the stress, inconvenience and worry that this situation has caused. I will be pushing for you both to receive the FULL amount of the settlement that Capital One paid to Robertson Holbrook ( less any Court fee paid by RH ).

You would both be totally within your rights to launch county court claims against RH for your settlement monies and we will assist you with this if it becomes necessary. However, I believe it is still possible to resolve this matter without resorting to legal action. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Thanks for the phone call this morning Yan and for passing on the message from Tim.
As mentioned, I have absolutely no confidence in him resolving this situation. Will see if he calls me this evening as promised.

Am just about to call Adam at Capital One to see if he has any further information for me as to their thoughts as to how to resolve matters ( not just for you two but also for the many other potential Claimers in the same position with RH ).

Please could you both ( Yan and Gills ) update me later this afternoon as to whether you have heard anything further from Tim at RH.

I haven't heard from Tim today apart from the message he left for me to pass on to you. I called him this afternoon and left a voice mail for him to call me back but he hasn't, again!

Yan - get the Lba sent in with an approximate figure. Capital one should have been able to tell you how mcuh they had offered and been accepted. We'll also defend paying them any fees for this in the claim particulars.
