Hi.

I've checked the status of the LBA today which should have been delivered before 1pm and on the post office website (track and trace) it says that the letter has been redirected. I called the post office who can't really give me more infor before Monday (when it may be delivered) but they say it's probably because the office is either closed or no longer there.
I'm really hoping that Tim hasn't redirected it to a random address so that the directors can't get hold of it!:mad:

I've called Tim at least half a dozen times for the last few days and he's just stopped answering his phone. I've left dozens of voice mails and I'm not getting any response.

Gills I sent my letter special delivery, did you? My letter has been redirected so will find out on Monday where to.

Is there a Solicitors office involved with RH?

I vaguely remember somebody (can't remember if it was Tim) saying that the cheque was with their solicitor and the name began with a 'S'

I did send my letter special delivery - cost £4.95. They said it was too late to go today so will be delivered Tuesday before 1. I used the address listed as the alternative. Hopefully it will help! But I'll not hold my breath!!!

Yes you can, there should be a number on your receipt that says bar code number, type it in to the search and track bit on the post office site and it'll tell you it's current status.

Just a quick note to let you know I haven't given up.

Am still trying to get hold of Tim ( to wring his scrawny neck ).
I spoke with Paul ( one of the Directors this morning ) Got the expected, "I am sorry I dont know anything about it response". He promised to call me back but didn't of course.

Let me know when you are certain that LBA's have been delivered. We will start working on text for county court claims. Will pop up a plan of action for you a bit later.

Once we get to court filing stage I would suggest we revert to communication via PM or over on Legal Beagles for the purposes of keeping matters out of the public view possibility which exists for Robertson Holbrook.
