I spoke with Paul earlier this afternoon.
He has taken this over from Tim ( pmsl )

He admitted that the failure to make payment was totally down to Robertson Holbrook's error and he will be sorting this out asap. He said he would be looking to call all three of you this afternoon.

I suggested that he should be making a settlement proposal for more than you might normally be expecting to receive because of the stress, worry and aggravation caused by this situation.

Please let me know if he contacts you as promised.

PS : As for Tim getting into trouble, take it with a pinch of salt. He is in a hell of a lot of trouble with me for lying and failing to keep promises. If he ever condescends to return one of the many calls I have tried to make to him over the last few weeks I will take great pleasure in telling him what I think of him.

Hi.

I haven't received a phone call but I called RH earlier and who ever it was that answered the phone said they were just about to call me (yeah right!).

They said that the directors had decided that it was a fault on RH's part and that we would be settled. I asked when, how and all the usual questions you would expect but he said he didn't know and that one of the directors will be in touch if needs be.

I've left it with them but I'm still not going to hold my breath. I said I would call them in a dew days if I haven't heard anything.

I'm going to phone them later this afternoon and I will tell them unless I have a settlement before Wednesday I will be taking it to court! Will need help though!!
