Buyer Hassling Me

:doh:My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I sold an old MP3 player on eBay for £28 + postage (Royal Mail 2nd class recorded).
The auction ended on 9/12/2009.
Your listing on 320457251417 says it will go first class recorded, and will arrive in 3-4 days - no wonder the buyer has the hump with you!<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

Nothing listed at the moment though, and judging by their DSRs, the account itself won't last much longer:
Item as described17 (4.7)
Communication17 (4.6)
Dispatch time17 (4.6)
Postage and packaging charges17 (4.4)
what do you mean "won't last much longer?"
I'm not bothered about DSRs
I'm not a business. I use ebay to sell old stuff I no longer want and buy assorted tat I cant get elsewhere0 -

So they are going to kick me off with 450+ 100% feedback and 4 1/2 stars on 17 DSRs
yeah... ok :rolleyes:0 -

Hover over the account tab on your ebay page- then go to seller dashboard. It will tell you if you're in trouble. This is my opinion. People have been kicked off for much less - the "dolphin" saga last year proved this - http://tamebay.com/2008/05/ebay-need-to-get-dolphin-friendly-sooner.html<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

I'm sure you used to be told if your total DSRs were bad, not just 1s and 2s.
Anyway, 4.4 is bad, and I'm guessing your latest buyer won't be too happy.
If I were you I'd open another account to sell on- that way you can start afresh. Never a good idea to buy and sell on the the same account, leaves you open to blackmail and all sorts of nastiness. This is my opinion. doesnt surprise me.
Ive used it about 3-4 years, used it less and less lately, there are so many con artists on there trying to make a fast buck by charging more than the high street.
and sellers get hit with huge fees.
tend to use the free ads now.0
