Told him to shove his request for a refund, not my problem eh?

What a considerate seller and ambassador for ebay you are.

It's the sellers like you that tarnish the rest of us.

Might be your problem. If he paid by credit card and complains to the credit card company instead of PayPal, you get a 'chargeback'.

PayPal take the money back off you. You don't get the transaction fees back. Plus they charge you £7 for the privilege.

It would be better to wait a week (it can take 5 working days for recorded delivery to be tracked), check the Royal Mail proof of delivery section on their website and refund if they have not been signed for or were signed for after the gig.

If they were signed for on or before the gig then don't refund.

I believe that any seller who will not refund the buyer in a situation like this is scum.

Edit: But after reading more posts, it appears that you aren't scum, just a troll :)
