Christmas Benefit payment queries [merged]

Ok guys, i posted earlier in the thread that my JSA Payment issue date on the form says 23/12/09.

Some people have told me that it will be in my account on 30th December, however i went on the Natwest help think to speak to an adviser person, i've spoken to two different advisers and they both said that i'll recieve it in my account on 29th December!

Don't know which is right, haha!

im due esa on 29/12/11... will I get it before then or will I have to wait untill the 29th?

mine was due 27th and went in half hour ago.

29th is not a bank holiday, so should be paid on the 29th

this is a very old thread and there are others here that are more recent

1 January 2013 (New Year’s Day) 31 December
2 January 2013 (Scotland only) 31 December

Payment dates for holidays vary in Scotland England & Wales so I suggest the best advice is just keep checking your bank!!!
Yeh I would like mine earlier, but then it's gone quicker too!!!

it will be on Dec 31st that you get them.
