Hi I've spoken to Abbey apparently there is a known issue, salaries and tax credits have not gone in as normal but to check after 9 and everything should be sorted!

Fingers crossed. I will still call tcs at 8 though. xx

mine is due on a monday but was told it would go in today (wed) due to xmas but have just checked and no money..i dont know wheatehr it a error there end or it only gets paid in early if you have a p.o account, but im sure the p.o is open mon 28th ?

just spoken to tc, and they have said, there has been lots of calls this moring, and it's all due to the abbey, but still cant get through to them on the phone

Spoke to abbey this morning as mine hasnt gone in either. was worried as got up early as I wanted to buy in online sales. They said it was a known issue and to do with DWP payments, some kind of tech issue with abbey and will be sorted out today, they also gave me an overdraft to cover the payment so I was happy with that. good customer service. Hope every ones issues are sorted today.

If your money is due on monday you should receive it 24th (Thursday)

My ex's ESA was in today, his normal pay day was tommorrow anyway but it's in today.

if you were due to be paid on the 23/12, the payment should be in the bank on the 23/12.
