How about other contravention codes something like:

Passing off a fake ticket as a real PCN during prescribed hours

Operating in a shared-use car park not designated for that class of idiot

Being in a protection racket game

Misusing ANPR with adjustment made to extend the stay beyond real time

Threatening Court without clearly displaying a valid contract or case

Causing an obstruction to people who have a proper job

Oh, and in the blank space above the BPA Paxo logo could there be a warning like:

IT IS AN OFFENCE TO MAKE THIS CARD INTO A PAPER AEROPLANE

You are doing a great job with that, anewman, is it on pepipoo and CAG yet?

Another recipient of this card must be Patrick Troy, especially after his laughable appearance on last week's Watchdog.

    am I missing something here?

I thought the cunning baldrick-type plan was to post the xmas cards without stamps.

I think the general consensus is that if you send the cards without stamps, the PPCs won't bother to collect them from the sorting office.

There are two schools of thought.

Like trisontana, I like to send mine with a stamp on so I know they will get them, it's worth the price of the stamps IMHO.

Anything posted to a PPC without postage is most unlikely to get further than their local post office IMHO - and they have enough to deal with at Christmas.

Most PPCs are not going to pay excess postage to pick stuff up from a PO depot.

I found some old cards in the back room, which had a damp problem. They've gone a bit mildewy and minging.

Even better for Civil Enforcement LTD :D
