Here is one for the record, dates back a bit but as we know, court cases involving scammers are like hen's teeth!

Excel also lost the Susan Pratt case in Sheffield. She even paid them and claimed it back and they still couldn't win.
Other previous PPC court losses (where the PPC turned up -a rare event) include De Vere a couple of times.
But yeah PPC court cases are beyond rare. Not everyone can afford to run around the country playing at being a lawyer in set up cases.0 -
Alexis,
please advise case numbers and other info so I can check if your statements are true.
I have looked through the forums and google and can't find any record.
And are you sure they lost on the "I wasn't the driver prove I was as I'm not telling you" argument and not some other.
You won't find anything because it's all off-forum.
I'll dig out the case number for you.0 -
Just for those who doubt the advice of the good people on this forum:

This was NOT a case based on someone stating "I was not the driver and I am not telling you who was".
I specifically asked for 1 case that had been taken to court and defended/won on this basis.
Please read the question in FULL before answering, it helps0 -

AFAIK this was also an undefended case so a judgement by default which was set aside later.0 -

I find it hard to beleive that such a case would have been off forum, sites like this are all for PR for the "anti PPC" and "for PPCs".
If such cases did exist they would have been shouted from the roof tops and as I have seen some of the defences that you Alexis has put forward to PPCs I suspect you wouyld have mentioned those.
I look forward to getting a case number from you, together with party names and the court details but please remember I was asking specifically for cases that have been won by the defendant by using "I was not the driver and I am not going to say who is" and no default judgements plz.0 -

As you are claiming to be in the know, please advise so your claims can be verified.
I have already addressed the Susan Pratt case, it was undefended and not on the basis of the question I asked please try and keep up.0 -
Oh look at the little man demanding things from people..I see he's still ignoring Coblcris's offer. Chicken?0
