Just got my OVP Virgin bill through, still no mention of an itemised billing charge.0

So phone them up two or three times per month, and ask them to read it all out for you. Write down the statement each time. They'll soon get sick of it.

My last OVP Virgin bill did have the notice on the first page that itemised billing costing £1.50 per month would be applied.
I am waiting to see what happens as I don't think the Orange CSR's really know the full story and you get a different answer according to who you speak to.

I cancelled my itemised billing as they said I would definitely be charged.
If nobody on Virgin OVP gets charged, I shall be contacting Orange to get mine reinstated!
...and then ask why I was told fibs...:mad:0 -
I've just checked my last 4 statements (June is now an invoice) and NOWHERE does it mention this extra charge. My tariff is 'Your Plan 200'. I've just spoken to CS who've apologised and have promised to send me notification within 72 hours.
Grrr! I wish I'd kept quiet, but does anyone know how much notification they need before making the charge? My billing date is the 15th so I'm already into my July billing period so can they legally charge me on my next bill?0 -
All ORANGE ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF0

That is a bit how I feel. Not 'constructive' I know but when a phone company does not have a customer complaints department you can speak to (only write or fax) you do wonder. Are other mobile phone companies like Orange ie automated phone system that takes ages to speak to a human being and unable to talk to customer complaints...?The box said "Windows 98 or better". So I got a Mac...0

There must be a way around this as it`s clear they are breaking the contracts no matter what they say. Probably Martin can help us out with some ideas?
Remember a couple of years ago when we had the same problem with Tmobile and then were allowed to cancel not before spending x amount of time arguing with their customer service? Don't like being pushed to a corner
I had so many problems with Orange for the last few months its unbelievable. Being even told that roaming is an extra service and I should pay for the privilege of being able to use my phone abroad.0
