    That's not true.

I have moved to online billing and have not been locked into a longer contract.

I have also spoken to orange premier services to confirm.
Try to imagine nothing ever existed...

Yes - tXt BILL to 2018.

I have text this about 5 times an received a text saying thank you for the information we will update our records. But I keep getting the charge on my bill!! Why can;t they bloody have an option on there website to opt out
  • Hi all
I received my orange bill today and
its says that I am registered for online 'your account' which I am
    and
if I still choose to get the paper bill, it would be at a charge of £1.47.
Is this fair or a breach of terms of my contract with orange uk?
    Thanks for reading.

Cor blimey - t-mobile already done that but you have option to still get paper bill for free (as free can be)....not a breach of contract so there....

Bit of p take though if Orange intend to charge without giving option to continue with paper billing for free if you choose (as is the case with t-mobile).

From my perspective - I need the paper bill for cashbacks and too lazy to download and print myself. Some people with cashback deals will no doubt get caught out by this change.

Are you sure the charge is not for "itemised billing" as opposed to receiving a paper bill for free without itemised billing?

EDIT : Spoke too soon, thread merged with this bigger thread - looks like the charge is for itemised billing then sparks_deals
