HATTON GARDEN METALS Feedback Thread

Dear all,
I don't usually post on these sorts of things but as I was a sceptic, as I'm sure many others are, I'd thought I'd try to reassure you all that Hatton Gardens really is a reputable site.
I larked around for ages trying to find a good place to sell my gold; reading forums, watching tv ads etc... It's quite a scary thing sending off something so valuable to some place you know nothing about; including giving them your bank details. A scam if ever you saw one!
But everyone on here seemed to be pointing at Hatton Gardens so I, still sceptically, gave it a go.
when did you use it: 16th July
what did you send: 81g 9ct gold
what did it promise: well, yesterday it was £737 but price dropped 12p /g today which was a bit gutting
how much did you receive: £727 wired straight to my account (so don't be worried about giving your account details over tinternet; unless I come back in a few days time to tell you they've nicked all my money. Which I will. If they do. But I hope they don't...)
Efficiency: ridiculously so. Cost me £5 to send my gold yesterday and this morning I received an email to say they've got me gold and I've got me money! Wonderbubble.
Anything else: Just don't be fooled by all the other we've-got-an-advert-and/or-Dale-Winton-so-give-us-your-gold type companies. I'm sure some of them may well deliver what they preach, but I can only say that Hatton Gardens were good enough for me. So thanks everyone on this forum for posting and giving me the confidence to go ahead. 'Cos now I'm quids in! I hope others will follow.
Fondest regards to you all; and, of course, to Hatton Gardens

Used Hatton Garden Metals this week. Their web site calculator gave me a quote of £129 for 14.5g of 9ct gold. This was three times more than an offer from my local jeweller. I sent the gold off to HGM by special delivery on Friday 23rd July, and by Monday 26th July the money was in my bank. I had incorrectly weighed the gold slightly and was paid £127.50 for 14.4g.
I am very satisfied with HGM's service and efficiency.0 -

Sent my gold yesterday by special delivery, PO said they would receive by 1pm today.
Had email confirming they had received my gold.
Weight 23.6g - I wasn't sure how much it weighed, guessed around 14g so really happy!!!!
Paid me £202.71
And it's in my bank account, just checked.
Really happy with the fast service. :T0 -

Great service. Sent off special del yesterday.
Recieved and email this morning telling me the weight of my gold 15.3 g and 130 pounds value.
Money all ready in the bank. If I can dig up more gold would definately use again0 -
This is the first time I have used Hatton Garden Metals, and I checked it out here on this forum before sending off the gold, as I am a suspicious sort of person.
Sent the gold by Special Delivery at 3pm yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) before noon I got an email from Gary there saying the money was on its way to my bank account.
Well, that was pretty good service in itself - but even better when I logged on to my bank then and there, the money was already in my account, and a very good price paid too.
Really there is no way that one could get better service anywhere - and no, I have nothing whatsoever to do with Hatton Garden Metals except to be a very satisfied customer.
Well done!0 -
