  • An excellent service. On Thursday 4th November 2021 with some trepidation I dropped of a special delivery pack received from HGM containing twelve items of inherited gold jewellery. I had pre-weighed the items and checked against their online calculator so that I had an idea of their value. A couple of the pieces sent I was unsure if they were actually gold. The following day Friday the 5th November at 4.00pm I received an offer which matched my estimate and I accepted. By 4.15pm the money was in my bank. They had also confirmed my doubts reference the three items of non gold.I would now have no problem in using them again! Thanks Hatton Garden Metals.

Have now used HGM twice and each time have received excellent service from them. Fast turn around and good details of what they have paid and what wasnt gold. 1 item I thought was 9ct was actually 14ct and they paid the higher value with no quibble.
Had tried another Gold Buyers a few weeks ago and think that I was ripped off by them as to what they actually paid and what according to their site I would be paid.  They had "accidently" made a mistake when I queried the price and the offer was upped.Think I was rather gullible and accepted what they then offered. Def wont use them again, will stick with HGM who do seem very transparent in their dealings.
  • Yesterday lunchtime I posted the remnants of an old broken gold watch and strap to HGM in their pre-paid envelope. Before lunchtime today I received an email offer. HGM's offer seemed very fair (based on my estimate of gold-content weight/carats). I accepted their offer and by the afternoon the money was in my bank account. Great service.
