Hatton Garden Metals gave me great service. My items were processed the day after posting by Special Delivery. My monies were with me one day after that. They corrected the item valuation. A trustworthy and honest company to whom i would highly recommend using.

I’ve been a customer for a few years buying various gold coins,very easy dealing with HGM,very speedy delivery,never had any problems,today I decided to sell a large amount so went to the their office to sell,again very straight forward and money was sent directly to my bank account,and funds were immediately credited,I can’t fault their service,and will definitely be using again for buying and selling in the future.

For the eighth time I sold gold via HGM.  As always a good price, fast service and professionalism all the way.  Highly recommended.

Great service from Hatton Garden metals. My mum wanted me to sell some of her unwanted gold scrap jewellery.. so I did a bit of research & HGM got great reviews...Great communication, fast processing & fair price. Would highly recommend them, very professional and definitely will use them again..

Hatton Garden Metals offer and provide a great service. I have used them on 3 occasions now, first around 5 years ago and most recently last week. They provide an easy to use online valuation, you then send your items as special delivery, once recieved (usually next working day) they email you and update your account info and pay your money straight into your account (must be FPI or simular) as payment is almost instant. Their prices are guides from the actual market price updated 10.30am each day so price may vary from original quoted as fully explained on website. I have found them to be extremely fair and accurate with the grading and weight as you would expect from a specialist. In my own experience their prices blow any price away that I have been quoted by local high street jewellers. Why bother using anyone else who will just take a massive cut from your scrap and then sell it to someone like Hatton anyway.

I've used them to buy gold coins twice in 2018 and again in January this year. They offered the best price I could find at the time and delivery was prompt. Can't fault them IME, but I've only been a buyer not a seller.

Hatton Garden Metals - An excellent service & very helpful company. Sent parcel off 17/3/20, money was in my account by the afternoon of 18/3/20, & slightly more than quote. Would not hesitate to recommend them & will certainly use them again.
Very satisfied customer.
