This was my first time selling gold, and had done my research, in local high streets and online. Based on reviews and feedback, I opted to sell through HGM, and I’m so glad that I did. What a brilliant place to send your broken and unwanted gold and silver to. Fantastic communication throughout the whole process. Such a pleasant surprise! You can track how much the prices for selling and buying are and there's a price calculator for you to have an idea of how much you may get for selling, and your transaction is completed within 24 hrs! I highly recommend them. Thank you

This company were fantastic to use.
I sent my gold last Tuesday at 3.30pm by special delivery. The money was in the bank by lunchtime the following day.
Paid more than I expected.
Will be definitely using again.
Can't recommend enough.

Hello. At last I got round to selling the reserves. I had a look at HGM and Bullion by Post and HGM seemed to pay slightly more each time I checked. I had a couple of gold Britannia coins (1oz and 1/10th oz), they quoted £1243 but sent me £1353. Lucky with the timing I guess as the amount you'll receive is determined on the day of receipt. Very easy process: get a quote, send the gold via Special Delivery (under £7 and includes insurance). You can track progress but this was so quick I didn't have chance. Sent yesterday morning and funds are already in the bank and ready to make a mortgage over-payment.

I have used Hatton Garden Metals for the first time and think it's brilliant!
I had an old clown necklace that I no longer wear and it has been packed away for a very long time. So I decided to Google on the best way to sell it. I am glad I took my time and found the link here, so I took the plunge, weighed it, got the quote, posted 'insured special delivery' yesterday and hey presto, money in my bank today.
The money I received was a little lower, but that was because they take the stones out, then weigh again, which I already knew about.
Just wish I had more gold to sell as I think it could be quite addictive to buy and sell gold lol
Happy with the profit I made compared to the original price that was paid for the necklace.

I’ve used them over the years & they do exactly what they say on the tin, quick payout! reliable and trustworthy.
I considered trying a different company in search of a higher payout, it doesn’t exist!
Looked at other companies they all had terrible reviews, I’ve used HGM this week, 100% trusted 👍

When did you use it? Sent 23.9.19
What did you send it? Scrap silver teaspoons, chains, top from a hairbrush plus some unknown jewellery without stones
How much did it promise you? £100
How much did it deliver? £65
How efficient was the service? Amazingly good
If it didn't deliver the full amount, what was its reason? The jewellery was not silver (as expected but thought I would try anyway just in case)
Anything else other people should know? It is incredibly easy and efficient - I am delighted and will certainly use them again.

Sent off my full Krugerrand by Royal Mail special delivery, tracked and signed for, insured for £1,000 (less than its value by £100+ but that was my risk) - cost £7.60. Delivered by Royal Mail before 10:00am next day. Money in bank before lunch (£1,141.66, which was a better price than the price when I sent) which was great. Nice profit of £68.58, including all charges and delivery costs taken into account, in 4.5 months (also bought from HGM) - pity I didn't sell a week or 2 ago, profit was even better then ! Great service and would recommend Post Office and HGM. Al (Note: The price of gold fluctuates a lot, can go down as well as up ! - Good Luck)

I used Hatton Garden Jewellery yesterday. I weighed the gold and silver and sent it special delivery approx £6 and was insured for £300. I had an email today stating that the weight was slightly under as they’d removed stones. ( I had phoned to ask so knew they would). My weights in silver were 58g theirs 56.5g and 9ct gold 17g theirs 17.90g and 18ct mine 6g their weight 4g. I received a bank transfer of £367.68 into my account this morning. For a pile of old broken chains, earrings, rings that had stones missing and were broken i was more than happy. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend. 👍🏻

This company is amazing. I have sold gold before but have never received such a good price for it. In addition I could not believe how quickly I received payment - the money was in my account by 10am on the morning they received the gold. I would strongly advise anyone to use Hatton Garden Metals to sell their unwanted gold and will be recommending them to my family and friends in the future.
