Used HGM for the first time and I am so impressed by the service. I am naturally sceptical about using these types of sites, but I decided to give it a go after reading all the positive customer feedback. I went online and registered yesterday. I had 70g of 9k gold to sell & was quoted £707, which was about 25% more than local jewellers were offering me. Sent package by special delivery yesterday & the money, £715, was in my account by lunchtime today! What a fantastic service. I will not think twice about using HGM again, if I can dig out anymore gold jewellery!! You can shop around' but I would be surprised if you could match their offer.

Credit where credits due HMG offered over £3/g more than local jewellers & money was in my account the day after items were posted.
    Remember you're a Womble...
Are people still gonna claim the first time posters aren't spammers, this one forgot he'd even posted.

Note they all follow the exact same formula: first time user (often scepticical), offered set amount more than a local jeweller, "money in account by lunchtime". Anyone would think they were following a script or something.

do you reckon HGM is legit, need to sell load of gold, cannot afford to lose it.

I believe so, but never used them so can't give you a definitive answer. I would suggest insuring the amount you send, or send a small amount first just to test the service before sending everything (and/or send it in smaller batches so if one goes missing it's less of a problem than if it all goes missing)

I sent them a load of copper and lead I've been stealing from train tracks and church rooftops. No questions were asked and top prices were paid.

    Recommended.
  • I regularly send them a load of dog turds, that I have scooped out of the garden and painted them gold.

They pay top dollar for them every time. This is how I earn my living. :T

I've just asked them to quote me for a pound of carrots and a signed photo of Goldie Hawn (when she was still pretty hot).

    Hope they are hallmarked.
