in Debate House Prices & the Economy
You may like to know the price at which a house has been sold within the last nine years.
e.g. Any house in your road.
e.g. Any house near to one you hope to buy.
e.g. How much a friend, relative or neighbour paid for their house.
Until now you could get this information from the Land Registry for £2 per property.
Now you can find the price of almost any property free.

    Fab site - great if you're a nosey parker ;) I tried it a while ago, but wasn't going to pay.

    However, purely out of interest of course, went to search on some of my friends' houses who moved at the same time as us - not all there :confused:

    Will give it another go tomorrow.

    :) Excellent! I have enjoyed finding out how much a house sold for that I decided not to buy and yes! they did lower the price due to the bad survey that came back lol :D
