You may like to know the price at which a house has been sold within the last nine years.
e.g. Any house in your road.
e.g. Any house near to one you hope to buy.
e.g. How much a friend, relative or neighbour paid for their house.
Until now you could get this information from the Land Registry for £2 per property.
Now you can find the price of almost any property free.

Excellent! I have enjoyed finding out how much a house sold for that I decided not to buy and yes! they did lower the price due to the bad survey that came back lol
