The thing what I don't get about all these types of topics is why leave it so late to apply?
You can apply from the 15th of the month that it expires in, giving at least 2 weeks for it to arrive. If your leaving it to within the last 5 days, goto the post office like you used to have to.
You cannot relay on the british postal system to deliver what they say.
As for the OP of this thread, pay up, you are well out of the time limits on this, and don't have a leg to stand on.0
