If your pending goes through you'll just get your sold dispatch now email as normal, if it doesn't come in 72 hours then re-list

I have just checked my feedback and have been left a 1/5 from a buyer who sent me a message via amazon wanting to cancel her order (a video) and is now stating she hasn't received it WHAT DOES SHE EXPECT AFTER CANCELLING THE BL******Y ORDER.
I have e-mailed her and have pasted copy of message onto e-mail but what now if she doesn't get in contact??????
I've also got a problem with an item I bought from ebay ( stated new and would be posted 1st class) when I got it its def not new and was posted second class - I have e-mailed her twice now and nothing so what do I do regarding e-bay (not had problem before on either site)
I'm not a happy bunny and need advice.

Talk to Amazon hun and explain to them what has happened, i.e. she cancelled then asked for it !! and they should remove the unfair feedback.

I am still new at this but I hope you get it sorted

Tashja's right, if you phone Amazon they will probably remove it whilst you are on the phone - the good thing is your buyer sent the cancellation via the Amazon email system so they should be able to access the record.

Just a thought, was it 30 days since the order? If so, it may have been in response to the automatic Amazon request for feedback and they may have felt a bit put out being asked for feedback when they cancelled.

Whenever I am on the bus the strange lady who speaks to herself about tins of beans and elephants ALWAYS sits next to me.

These people always seem to make a beeline for me - normally when I have caught the eye of the cute guy sat on the bus too

No, I'm not offended, I find the whole thing incredibly funny. They think I like the subject that the book I sold was on, but I don't which is why I sold it!
