I have listed mine at the same price because I don't want the other person to drop but can someone tell me if this is te right thing to do ??

It really depends on who the other seller is and if you can trust their judgement. If it is one of the 'Americans' they do tend to put in unrealistic prices, if it is another UK Seller with 99 or 100% feedback they might be right. I've been a bit busy with my 13 boxes of books......
well, we now have a good view of the carpet in the living room, and you can walk from one end of the room to the other without tripping up on a pile of sorted books.
I have divided them up and listed the contents of 4 big banana boxes and the rest is either in the recycle bag (too crumpled) or waiting to go to the charity shops, I'm going to spread my largesse around town rather than just give them all to one shop as it would be a bit overwhelming to have them all in one stock room in one day.
There is still the problem of storage so I'm going to have be creative with disguise - do you think if I put a cloth over them they would pass as a coffee table?0 -

I reckon that would be more artistic than some of Tracy Emin's stuff in the Tate :T
'Books as a table' designed and executed by AT...I can feel a prize ceremony coming on any day now.

Hi AT
Sounds like you've had a great time
I've not tried this myself, but howabout taking your donation to one shop and offer to take any old stock off their hands for 'recycling' - it will save them a trip to wherever they usually dispose of their books - 'cos you sound like you need some extra stock :rotfl:

I have had an email from Amazon
"As you may already know, per our Community Rules, sellers at Amazon.co.uk
are not permitted to direct buyers or transactions away from the Amazon
Payments system. This includes creating listings containing email
addresses, URLs, or references to external websites in the item
description."
This is my description
Seller's comments[FONT=verdana,arial,helvetica][SIZE=-1]
Slight wear to cover, and a few pages turned at corner. UK seller
Any ideas why the listing might have been closed?
