    hi
Well I sold a book last night - it went for £8.99 which is the highest priced item I have sold! Was well pleased especially as I got it for 30p at a car boot sale!
Was getting a bit concerned as sales had slowed down - hope this means things will pick up

I thought yesterday was going to be my first day without a sale. The at 8:02, 8:04, and 8:10 I had 3 different sales, 3 different buyers, and 3 different genre of goods!

Yvonne - thanks for posting this, didn't realise the Now Thats What I Call... series could possibly be worth money... will have to get listing!! Didn't think any of my CDs would be worth anything, now I know better!

AT - well done on your auction purchase - were there many bidding for them? Happy sorting!!

I recently sold Now 1997 CD on eBay as it wasn't listed for much on Amazon & it sold for just over £16 IIRC.
2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,
  • I am still under the impression that distant selling regulations do not cove ANY postage costs. Would I be able to claim petrol when returning items to Tesco?

Look at the page AT put a link to & you will see you have to give the buyer a FULL refund including the postage paid but they must return the item to you out of there own pocket.

Okay when you have processed a refund, what do you see on your transaction history please? I just tried to do it and it said it had a problem with my payment. Don't want to keep trying it, as I might end up over-refunding. It still has the refund button when I go into the item, so I presume it hasn't worked? Does this disappear when you have done the refund?

    Thanks

Don't worry, you cannot refund more than the original amount. The refund button will disappear once you have made a 'complete' refund unless you have only made a partial refund. You will also see the refund in red numbers on the Order Information page.
