Au Natural offer a 20% discount to all students. They have some funky stuff in there for adding bits and bobs to your student accomodation. If you wish in this world to advance, your merits you're bound to enhance; You must stir it and stump it, and blow your own trumpet, or trust me, you haven't a chance.0

If I was a giant of supermarkets or even fuel stations I would be offering student discounts. I am going to become a student again in September and can't believe Shell or Asda or whoever haven't concidered this cos I would be loyal to anybody who gave me a discount on food or fuelIf you wish in this world to advance, your merits you're bound to enhance; You must stir it and stump it, and blow your own trumpet, or trust me, you haven't a chance.0

Hi
For me it has to be the NUS Extra Student Discount Card Launching on 4th August 2009. It costs £10.00 and I think it is worth every penny. There will be a full search facility on the website to find the best possible student discount deals both online and on the high street. It even has a local search option for student discounts on things to do, places to go and where to shop in university towns.
You will also be able to upgrade it and include ISIC card benefits for an extra £1.00 - which would normally cost £9.00 if you buy it separately so already you have saved £8.00. The International Student Identity Card (ISIC) gives you thousands of travel, online and lifestyle discounts, including a FREE* global roaming SIM card. This combination has to be the one and only - A must for all UK students, Gap Year or foreign placement travel and living.
There are other cards out there but the NUS Extra with the addition of the ISIC card for £11.00 has to be THE one to go for... don't waste money on the others!
It has to be the best gift you could give any student. You can pre register now at http://cards.nus.org.uk/buy/default.aspx
Or get some idea of the great discounts available go to:

You can save a lot of money when buying stuff from the apple site if you are from certain universities. They have a page on their site where you can find out if you qualify/ how much you can save
You can generally save more by going in store than on the Apple website.
AFAIK you can get 14% discount on consumer machines (MacBook/iMac) and 15% off pro machines (including new MacBook Pro 13").
You also get AppleCare for around £50 (instead of £130ish)
At the moment you can also get a free iPod (via cashback) as a student.0 -
Found driving lessons are discounted for NUS Acclaim Driving Academy. They try take you down the "are you a student route?" But ask for the 6 lessons for £110 instead cause it works out cheaper if you pay upfront! acclaimdriving0
