Thanks Sami and MFD, just checked her again before ringing NHS Direct and she's wee'd. Woohoo. She seems happy, is all smiles and is batting at the winnie the pooh on her play gym so wasn't overly concerned about her well being, just wanted to make sure it wasn't something I should shout about.
Jam, Kezia has the screaming too. Though hers starts at 9pm and normally goes til midnight, though last night it was 1am. The gripewater did seem to work on the second dose, she nearly choked on the first one so not sure how much she got but waited 3 hours before giving her more. Yesterday the health visitor at boobie club told me about colief (sp?). Apparently it's quite expensive but if you buy it and can prove it works then the dr will prescribe for it. But you have to make sure it works first due to the cost. Could this be worth a try? I know how heartbreaking it is to listen to them in pain, you have my sympathy.

Jam - hello and congrats on Charley

Colic is an often misunderstood condition, it sounds like she has it when you look at the actual definition of it
That said Edgar is rather grumpy when he needs to poop/trump, he is breast fed and has yellow runnies too, he also has phases of be very grumpy in the evening then fine for a few weeks.
Sorry I don't know if that is any help or totally useless to you
I'm sure it will get better though, keep telling yourself "its just a phase" it sometimes helps you get through it if you know its not going to last forever

Thanks Harley but the coelief has to be mixed with milk and C won't take a bottle yet (something we are working on!). I am trying to cut down on the gripe (she was having 5 lots a day) to see if it is making any difference as she hates having it and i don't want to keep giving it if it isn't helping. My doc prescribed Infacol but said he would do the coeleif if i wanted it but i just can't use it.
she's currently breaking off her feed to cry so another good day in store methinks!:rolleyes:My baby girl :kisses3: September 09 :heartsmil0 -
my mum used to have them (like 10ys ago) there's lots of not blank ones on ebay, you could just stick your own thing over the middle bit???My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »Completely OT!!
Does anybody know of any rosettes where you can write on the round bit in the middle?
edit: maybe this ebayer could help http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Personalised-Pony-Birthday-Party-Rosettes_W0QQitemZ320446915547QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Home_Garden_Celebrations_Occasions_ET?var=&hash=item76be6733250 -

Sorry Jam, she didn't mention anything about mixing it. I'd go for expressing and a syringe too. I had a little one with one of the bounty packs if that helps. Think it was from nurofen.
