• Hello all,

I've been looking on this forum and others about Vista Print. Just rang them and they have cancelled my 'membership' and promised to refund 4 months of payments. Not sure if you all know this as i saw it on another site, if you dial 000 after the busy message you get striaght through. Godd luck all.

cheers
• I've been stung too!! I thought I'd cancelled - having e-mailed membersavings@clubprem.com and received a confirmation e-mail stating clearly that the membership had been cancelled. This month, yet another payment has gone out, I notice on my credit card statements that it is actually referred to as VPRewards (which I categorically did not sign up for:rolleyes: ) so I have tried e-mailing them as well at membersavings@vprewards.co.uk - presumably these are both the same company.

Sorry if this has been posted already - haven't read through all the hundreds of replies to this thread.
• been caught with that too!

• I just booked a holiday on a well known site, and they said I could enjoy the benefits of rewards next time I booked. So I followed the given link and guess what they wanted my Credit Card details!

Now when I read their terms and conditions, it said I had to pay a fee of X a month to jolin their membership! I voted with my mouse and moved on!

just spoken to my bank
they have stopped my card so that no more payments can be taken by VPREWARDS
and given the details to their fraud dept
THE BANK GAVE ME THIS NUMBER TO CONTACT THIS SCAM COMPANY
0845 0261100
I phoned the number and there is a link to cancel your membership by pressing one
there is also another number to ring
08456 722002,
but when I called this I got a recorded message saying there was no-one available to take my call.
There is also a web address which is
http://www.vprewards.com
and SUPRISE !
it takes you to a site for Vistaprint rewards !
I can only think that I should contact trading standards now to the £ back that they have already taken from my account

• I've always considered myself pretty switched on with these things, including visiting forums like this one for example, looks like a lot of people have been had by this one though...

I was recommended to vista print, cannot remember signing up to this reward scheme and it's gone un-noticed until today. The phone number I rang gave me the option to cancel my membership, unhappy with just doing this I range the other number I was given 0845 6722 002 and spoke to a real person. I asked what their refund policy was because I had honestly never used the service and they cancelled my membership and refunded me 5 months worth of subscription so nearly £50 back.

I'm still four months at £9.95 out of pocket, so hardly satisfied but this may be the best option.

I'm convinced Vista Print is a sharky now and that they had me with a scam but you live you learn.
• i have ordered stuff from vista print , how would i know if im signed up to the vprewards ???

no money has came out my bank.

thanks
• I have only today, realised for the very first time in nearly 3 years, that your company has been deducting monies directly from my Credit Card Account every month since March 2006. It initially started at £9.95 for 11 months totalling £109.45, then on the 12th February 2007 it increased to £11.95 for a further 12 months totalling £143.40 and then this year on the 11th February 2008 it went upto £13.95 and I have paid 2 months totalling £27.90.

This is an unbeliveable amount totalling £280.75 for something I have never received a membership number for and as a result know nothing about and have never ever used. My only recollection of ever giving my credit card details to a company called Vista Prints, was way back early 2006 to pay postage for a free small self-inking address stamp which believe it or not I have never used because it was too small to even read.

I am obviously absolutely furious, surely this type of behaviour is totally unacceptable and illegal. I have now cancelled my credit cards, but what else can I or should I do to get my money back that hs been stolen from me without my authorisation/permission?
