  • watch out for PREMIER CLUB too - not sure if its been mentioned - they are also connected!
  • Looks like I have been paying VPrewards since April 2007, had no idea I had signed up to it, can't belive I have missed it for so long. I will try and cancel this today, and let you know what happens:eek:

So many people have been conned by this firm, including me. I have today phoned 0800 0288251 and been promised cancellation and also a full refund to my credit card. I'll believe that when it happens!! Apparently the facility to opt out of the scheme comes as a pop up and I have a "too efficient" popup blocker.
  • My wife had a similar problem wtih VP Rewards. I telephone them on 0845 6722002 and spoke to a love ly lady who refunded the last 3 payements but was unable to do anymore. She gave me the address to write to and they have refunded everything now.
    VP Rewards
    PO BOX 587
    EDWARE
    HA8 4DX
  • I ordered some business cards and calendars from Vista Print, they arrived and are OK. But, after 4 weeks I have noticed three payments out of my Egg credit card (£8 and two £9.95) for SHOPPER DISCOUNTS & REWARDS, VP REWARDS and CLUB PREM. I certainly did NOT subscribe to these

I have tried to cancel by telephone and email, so now keeping fingers crossed that all will be OK.

I have spoken to Egg, they say that there is nothing they can do!!!!!!! and the payments will carry on going out automatically

I will cancel my Egg card tomorrow, this is no way to treat a customer
  • I too was caught, I am very thorough checking my bank statements so I have only been hit for 9.95 once. I phoned my bank (Barclays) who are getting a bit sick hearing about this !! They tell me this a debit card payment not a direct debit (cancellable) as VPRewards told me. I have rung VPrewards 0845 672 2002 and they have assured me that they will not take any more payments, also the bank are writing to them to enforce this with a letter stating that if further payments are taken then the bank will take action. I think I will 'lose' my debit card next week & get a new one to ensure no further payents are taken. Barclays advised me to us a credit card next time I buy on line, but this does no seemed to have stopped them with other people. One thing is for sure, I will never use Vista Print again !!
  • My wife on checking our bank statement discovered that Clubprem had been taking money from our account for over 12 months. After reading these posts I contacted the telephone number that was given here and was promised an immediate refund by Vistaprint. Within 2 weeks £120 had been repaid to my account. I have to say that the company gave me no hassle at all! Many thanks to those taking the trouble to post information about this.:j
  • I found out on Saturday that ClubPrem took £9.95. My bank gave me the reference number etc. BUT can't get through on the phone as "All our operators are busy with customers at present; please call back later!!!"
  • Looks like these people have been taking money from my account too and I only ordered 250 business cards from them as a favour for a friend, I certainly don't remember completing a survey or signing up for anything yet I now find that they've been taking my money since Aug 07. Have spoken to them and been promised a refund of 2 months money but think I'm going to cause a fuss about this and have requested to speak to a manager so I'll have to wait and see if someone phones me back. If they don't I'll just keep phoning them!!!
loobylou2.Proud to be dealing with my debts and aiming to sort out the mess in 2013!!!!
  • Another sucker here in Wales too!!!

Both my partner and I were caught out by this one. I discovered £9.95 was being deducted from my account and my partner was being charged £19.90 each month!

Whilst they (Vistaprint) might not call this a scam, it clearly is! So many have fallen foul of this very clever deception.
