As promised I am keeping you updated. I phoned Vista Print on monday to cancel my unwanted subscriptions. 48 hours later I received a cancellation email. On friday I had a full refund in my account. Not bad I guess, although it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
Again thank you. I have now been reimbursed from both Clubprem.com and VPrewards.com.

I called:
001 888 243 6185 and spoke to Tabitha id: 26365
I told her there must have been some AWFUL mistake as Vistaprint UK have told me I have signed up to a rewards scheme and I have not and cosider any debiting of funds from my account as theft and would like my account cancelled and a full refund issued ASAP.
They were MUCH more helpful than the stroppy English lass I spoke to this morning who basically said "You signed up for it, we can prove you did, prove you DIDNT!"....
I have been assured my membership is now cancelled and that I will get a full refund in the next 2 - 3 working days.....
We'll see!
The thing I am most cross about is my bank... tesco Visa .... who said they couldn't stop the payments going out because I had signed up to a subscription and needed to cancel with VPrewards, despite us saying we have and they wont cancel the debits and wont cancel the membership and we consider this theft of funds. The Tesco bank lady said it was beyond her authorisation to do this and wouldn't tell us who could!
Something somewhere is very very wrong!

Someone Help
Vista print....v.p.rewards!!!
i have recently started my own business & hunted around for some cards & rubber stamps etc.. found vista print on the internet with some good prices.
I had no problems with the products, good quality and at the right price, however, i have just twigged on that they have been taking £9.95 pcm for the last 5 months!! So i looked into it & cancelled the subscription i had inadvertantly joined to v.p.rewards. Today i check my bank & v.p. have helped themselves to 5 lots of £9.95 in one day, the day after i cancelled??
What do i do???
I have been caught in the same scam - I have talked this through with my credit card company and they have now cancelled my card and advise their fraud department so that the money already charged to me will be cancelled.0 -
This is nothing more than robbery, I never clicked a questionaire and never agreed to this, I've cancelled my membership twice but even now don't feel safe.
I thought they were a reasonable company since my dealing so far had been good but this really shocking, can't tell if they wan't to carry on trading or not since it seems they have refunded some people but not all, fingers crossed. Tom0 -
Thanks to all replies on here I was just about to confirm an order for 750 GBP to Vista Print as a prelude to sending all my company printing to Vista. I decided to do a search and see what people were saying about this company wow I was very lucky by the sounds here on the forums. I will now be staying with my original supplier much safer I think

I have also been a victim of this rip off by VP rewards, I did not sign up to any mambership - I just purchased some business cards and labels, then I discovered £9.95 was taken from my credit card without my authority. I have now cancelled this card as it was used fraudulently - my bank suggested this. Hope Vista Print are continually named and shamed for this scam.0

VP REWARDS FINALLY GIVE ME A REFUND ! ! ! ! !
I had continued to chase them also involving the police, trading standards and consumer advice and suddenly things happened.
Firstly I received the email (included below) then I received my payments credited to my card account.
The email makes for interesting reading since they have detailed their business practice and 'ethos' so I'd suggest that by doing this they have as good as admitted that they're method of taking money without permission is not their normal business practice.
I hope this will help some more of you get your money back

im the ultimate in web safty and was really hurt to be stung with this scam and could not believe it. Anyway once noticing the entries on my bank statement after ordering a rubber stamp which by the way was poor quality and i could have bought half the price on ebay. I conatcted my bank who told me they get loads of phone calls every week on the same scam and they are powerless to stop it as by ordering i have authorised them to use my card. Things got worse when i asked them to cancel my card and i was told as this scam was subscription based they could still take money form my account which i could not believe. I searched the net and could not believe how much i found from what was such a huge reputable company like Vistaprint. Did they really think it was worse getting all this bad press who could tell. At long last i found a UK based number and i told them that it was a business order and i was using a business debit card and i only had the authority to order the stationary and was not in a legal position to subscribe to any memberships using these card details. I stayed calm but felt i was given a parrot read script that the membership would be cancelled and money refunded in 3-4 weeks. I asked for this in writing as advised by my bank. As they said that was the only possible chance i had of a fraud compliant if they took more money. I also found a fax number and faxed a letter to the same effect but also added that my job was on the line over this as it looke like i had used the company card. Of course i was not as i am a one man band and would not be sacking myself just still kicking myself for getting into this in the first place. Anyway a couple of sleepness nights followed. I know it was just £19.80 but i was so annoyed. 2 days later to my disbelive a letter turned up promising a refund and that my subscriptions were cancelled. It also contained a proper uk address which cheered me up as if no refund came now at least i could do legal proceedings which you cant do on foreign or po box address. Then 4 days later to my amazement my refund arrived. Now i did something which was a bit naughty but after what i went through i did not have second thoughts and that was i rang Vistaprint and told them i had not had any goods and i was prusing my money back. I was offered a credit or replacement. As i never ever had plans of ordering from them again i accepted a duplicate order. Prehaps this makes me a thief and no better then them. But i say if they can do what they are doing to people they can afford it and its just desearts.0

/sigh
Being close to pay day and funds running a little low, i logged onto my internet banking to find that my account was lower than i was expecting, so as you do i checked my statement thinking I'd spent more than planned somewhere and forgotten, to my surprise i see a payment for 9.95 from cluprem.com ...i didn't know what it was so i put the address in my browser and came across 2 sites, the vista print site i ordered some business cards from last month and this site.
After reading the advice on this site i recovered my membership number and logged on to this rewards site, when i get to the option to cancel it said (in such small witting i had to zoom in on the screen):
You have become a registered member by filling in a survey or clicking on a banner.
you become a paying member by clicking on a banner! no where on the vista site does it say click here at the cost of £9.95 p/month.
Anyway to cut a long story short, i'm disappointed, the products i received where exactly what i wanted and at a good price to so i was planning on dealing with them again, though i feel somewhat betrayed by there lack of transparency in all this.
I may have to wait until next week being :snow_laugx mas eve tomorrow but I'm going to attempt to ring them and see if i can get some kind of refund. If i do decide to order from them again I'm going to make dam sure i don't click on any of there banners next time.0 -

I'd be very, very, extra careful. I didn't click anywhere on lastminute.com where their sister website highstreetmax were advertising and they started charging me.0
