  • i followed martins guildlines etc and paid my visa card off... didnt open the bill again for a couple of months and found that vista print or vprewards had started removing 9.95 per month for two months.. i hadnt used the card for four months and only opened the bill to close the account with the card..[had moved to 0%with a different provider] anyway i phoned vista print in feb and was promised a refund and cancelation... i then did the same in march and again in april and again in may however i was having to pay min payments on the card so i phoned them... be warned if you CLOSE your visa card they can still take payments out and you will still owe them money!!!! i was very pleased i had phoned them because they told me to write to vistaprints head office [vista print limited c/o cistaprint USA incorpoerated, customer care, 95 Hayden Ave, Levington MA 02421, USA] and tell them you are sending a copy to your visa company. then send a copy with a covering note to your visa company and they will take care of it from then on. i have had absolutly no luck so far myself so i will keep you posted. my letters were posted this morning. without the backing of the visa company [in this case sainsburys bank/bank of scotland] i dont think i have a hope in hell of getting this stopped. i have been promised faithfully on each logged phone call that a full refund would be made with in 48 hours and nothing has happened and they have been doing it now for 7 months now. they had even used a card whose details i had not used with them for over 6 months. the visit to the site i got conned on resulted later in me purchasing christmas cards using a different card so it baffled me. there had been one of those surveys that arrived on the site as i started my visit asking my oppinion of the site. i had filled it in until it got to my name and then clicked on the red X so had presumed i had canceled what ever it really was. i obviously hadnt. i did like their business cards and the christmas cards were great but i am too scared to go on the site again.
  • VISTA PRINT THE ANSWER - How to Get your Money back & cancel the membership.

    1. if you are being charged you may have vprewards.com or clubprem.com on your statement charging 9.95

    2. phone them up on 084567 22002 or 08000288251 The Free Phone goes to a jamica call centre, keep calling them and asking them to cancel and refund your account, get them to confirm by calling you back.
    3. If they don't keep calling, I'm personally looking into a better quicker way of refunding and getting some compensation for fraud !!!

All with the same poor standards of English. Methinks this is the same person with three identities.

I have used this company for a while with no probs. Then somehow I got caught in this scam too! I must have ticked a box not reading the small print. I emailed them after noticing that 2 lots of £9.95 had been taken from my bank account. Vistaprint appologised and refunded my money, no questions asked. Yes it is a scam - but you can get your money back easily.

i had exact same! but sorted and refunded with one call

I used them a year ago and no problems, but ordered some more cards only last Thursday, so I will be aware of what can happen after reading this thread, thanks.

  • Amazon are now enclosing a flyer advertising vista print in their delivery packages but they have told me they accept no responsibility for the content of the flyer even though Amazon is plastered all over the flyer with amazon107 in the web address of VistaPrint - not very responsible of them.
