I phoned vistaprint and got put through easily enough. I simply and calming stated that I ahd not signed up to any rewards and I would asked that the subscription be cancelled and all monies refunded immediately.

They said no problem and within 4-5 days it was all done.;)

Nellis, yes, I cancelled my VPrewards during the trial period, and they’ve been taking money off me ever since regardless. I suspect it may be standard procedure.

Everyone here queuing up to ring them and ask for their money back is all well and good, but it doesn’t stop there. For every one of us there’ll be a whole bunch of others who won’t notice or will be too discouraged to seek redress. That’s why this is a scam: there is no attempt to correct the ‘mistake’ in the system – if they refund everyone who notices, they get to keep the much larger sum of money from everyone who doesn’t. This needs action over and above individual consumers.

Oh, and it was this site led me into this swindle, promise of a free rubber stamp or some such bauble!

On the 12th April I recieved an email confirming the premier club was cancelled, I cancelled it within a couple of hours of clicking on it, after realising I would be paying for 'being in the club', the 10th May they took a payment, I have contacted them as it was an unauthorised payment, I will be contacting my card provider as well.
  • I have just noticed a debit of £9.95 on my Halifax Credit Card. I only spotted it because I was in Australia at the time so nothing should have gone through my account. I phoned the Halifax and was told they would stop these payments and refund the 2 that have been taken so I guess they already know about this scam.

What a con. It may well be a good idea as tabath says to get Martin to issue a warning on his next tips email.
  • Amazon sent the free business cards flyers with thier orders, so they are equally to blame for helping these scammers as everyone trusts amazon..

Ill never buy anything from vistaprint again the thievin gits

i just bought some cards from them this month so will keep an eye out - actually wanted to order another set bit a bit affraid to now.
  • Hi I would like to let everyone know I have finaly got a response by phone from v p rewards who take out the 9.99 from your account each month and they have repaid in full and cancelled it without a problem but I still check each month just in case
  • They had charged £9.95 to my credit card without notice or notification. After speaking to a representative from Club prem she was extremely catty and rude and a know it all, I don't know how they hire their customer services team, she said that I had subscribed to two memberships. Bull......She has now cancelled my membership but is not refunding my money because she said an email was sent to me telling me that I am now being billed. If I had received the email then would have responded straight away.

You obvsiouly need the money so bad that you have to steal from your customers and be very sneaky about it.

    you should be closed down.
