I saw an email from p2g saying that if you book a parcel with them they'll buy you lunch0

I agree entirely. Shipping Labels, International Waybills and Commercial invoices etc should all be avaiable immediately after booking. We book them in a morning where I work and have them collected in the afternoon so can't wait for labels to be e-mailed to us etc.0 -
ive got a refund from them(seeing as though I had correct details in the wrong places) lol. I then put in an order for UPS to pick up a customer's pc for repair(computer case damaged) on the 26th and I got a shipping label after that0

I started to you Fast Ways a few months ago
They do a prepay system you buy a book its up to 25kg
I send car parts but includes panels which can be dented dropped etc easy and so far not 1 single thing has been broken, if it goes to there area's there own drivers are responsible and damages come out of there own pockets, and this seems to work great so far (touch wood)
If it is out of there area's it does cost a bit more and gets passed onto parcel force but is still a lot cheaper than parcel force direct.
ireland is £14.95 up to 25kg
UK depends on the size of book you buy, but there area up to 25kg is around £5.50 and out of area £7.50
They also do small bags at £3.95
Worth a look esp if you send a lot0 -
What Im wanting is a larger company with depots so that parcels can be returned. This is the first time Im using parcelbee. I got an email from them about their 9am shipping label thingyparcelbee wrote:Thanks for your comments,
We do understand your concerns, most labels are emailed within 1 hour of
customers booking, However at busy times or when we are closed this may
take longer.
Thanks
parcelBee
I do still think that they could be LCPD as they were also using formsite.com when booking a parcel. and the t's and c's seem copied and pasted from somewhere else, changing some details. If they are OK this time, I dont see why they cant start afresh, however if they fail me this time and I notice similarities in the future, then I will not be using the company. BTW, they are using serifwebresources to make their site lol. I would use Dreamweaver and then run the code through a W3C checker like this site- of course once the site is indeed tidy then I wouldnt replace anything but make a backed up copy until the site works as HTMLTidy can screw your whole site up sometimes. Sorry, a little rant there
EDIT: Fair enough, their site has no errors, but is still not W3C compliant0 -
I've recently been using parcelbee.co.uk. The website is a bit basic but it does the job, very good service and my parcels from Scotland to Spain have always been collected and delivered within 48 hours.
UP TO 30KG UK 24 HOUR DOMESTIC ONLY £6.49
UP TO 30KG EUROPE 48 HOUR ONLY £13.99
UP TO 30 KG WORLDWIDE 72 HOUR ONLY £24.99
Used parcelbee for the first time today for 2 parcels to Europe (Italy & Czech Republic), received address labels by email within 20 minutes, got a call from UPS within 30 minutes checking my address, and they collected within 2 hours of me booking (even though I booked after their cutoff time of 9 A.M. at around 11.30 AM)
Already tracking on the UPS website, so all seems good stuff so far.....
thanks for the heads up on parcelbee!0 -
I've used Parcel Bee today too. They are collecting the Parcel tomorrow (a large pushchair in 3 boxes - £19)... will let you know how I get on.

Can only agree about Parcelbee.
My parcel is currently in Hamburg, on its way to its destination.
I booked at 21:17, labels received at 21:33, UPS picked up the following day as per booking.
Wrington parcel delivery, Express packages and Sending worldwide (all on list of re-sellers on thread 4) all made me wait longer for parcel labels during business hours.
Will happily use Parcelbee again-unless prices rise dramatically.
Will NEVER use Parcel monkey again. Have filed a Paypal dispute to get my money back. They are no longer replying to my emails. So glad it was only 1 parcel I booked as a trial.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Hi,
I usually use Interparcel as I didn't know any other courier companies, and they have proven their worth in gold.
However, after seeing MSE on GMTV I thought I would have a look around for some extra savings, and decided to use collectmyparcel.com, one of the recommendations on MSE for cheap international delivery.
However, I have to say I am sorely disappointed in collectmyparcel.com. I scheduled a collection for Tuesday 17/11, which they did meet and picked up quite early in their 9.30-5.30 timeframe. I had paid for a DHL Time Definite 2-4 day delivery to Australia, and as off 2 seconds ago, the parcel has still not arrived and we are on the 9th day. Collectmyparcel.com have tried to locate the parcel, and the classic comment of "I only hope it has not been lost in transit".
Admitedly they have given 25% off, however, this does not really help when the goods should have arrived on 21/11, and were filled with not only urgent documents but also christmas cards and presents.
When you pay for a service, you hope to get what you pay for, yes it may be a cheaper alternative to Royal Mail, however you expect that you are given what you ordered.
So, all in all, stick to the ones you know or know someone who have used them, otherwise by in for a long wait and disappointment.
My recommendation....use interparcel!0
