I want to know the same! I'm trying to send a parcel home (Australia) and P2Go are wanting £110, while ThePackageDeliveryCompany only want £25.

I would not use Thepackagedelivery company.

I had used them before 3 times before all ok, however this time they failed to pick up parcel twice.

They are no longer replying to my email for rebooking or issuing a refund.

Will have to file a chargeback though nochex.

I FOUND THIS SITE parcelparrot.co.uk AND BELIEVE ME IT GIVES YOU THE CHEAPEST COURIER COMPANY AND LINKS YOU TO THEIR SITE AND THEY HAVE A RESOLUTION CENTER TOO THAT IF THINGS DON'T GO RIGHT TO YOUR SATISFACTION FOR EXAMPLE; LATE DELIVERY, SLOW RESPONSE,... THEY WILL SORT IT OUT FREE TOO

"if things don't go right...they will sort it out for free" that's really good of them. They appear to just be linking to resellers and don't actually do anything at all, perhaps that's why they resort to spam.

i dont think it is spam because when i used them i found some cheap bargain in their site which linked me to citylink ; for some reasons the courier company failed collection and their customer services promised to rebook which they probably forgot to do, so i contacted parcel parrot and they contacted the courier company and it was sorted and just like that. I usually use them. I am talking from my experience.
