I'm posting this on behalf of a friend who isn't a member of MSE as I know nothing about couriers. basically they need a large bag collected from a camp site here in the South and transported North to Scottish borders, there is no facility at all for the case to be handed over properly it is literally just to be collected from the entry hut of the facility.
Is it even possible and if not are there any other sensible suggestions please?
hire a man with a van to take it to a courier depot?0 -

Sorry to repeat this, hope it's not against the rules, but I'm kind of desperate.
I'm looking for a cheap company that can ship from the USA to Portugal.
Right now I need a parcel of 140kg, or it can be divided by 4 parcels of 35kg each. (It's car wheels)
All the quotes I get are around 800$, and that price is mad high.
Thanks0 -

There's some advice here: http://www.p4d.co.uk/faq/how-can-i-help-the-driver-find-my-parcel.
Sounds like you need a 'man with a van' who can pick up a phone and speak to you if they can't find it...0 -
any one had any experience with collect my parcel.com? seems really cheap but is it too cheap to be true?“You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.” ― Dr Seuss
