Really? It's not that big, just heavy for one person to lift.

It's not big and bulky just a bit on the heavy side

yeah, pallets look good, try https://www.etsltd.co.uk, they seem reliable pallet shifters, I get my pallets from LIDL, they often have them out the back waiting to be thrown away, just ask

Yes, they generally e-mail the label to print on the day of collection, and it's delivered by UPS or City Link, so is quite reliable

could you lift 50kg safely?
couriers run 1 in a van
so that person needs to be able to carry all the items carried

I wouldn't like to,not that I could anyway at the moment

one man lifting should not exceed 25kg for loads close to the body and 10kg for loads at shoulder height
