Just had a bad experience with Worldwide Parcel Services although DHL is to blame as well. Booked a delivery to France and had to wait all day for the collection. Ok, this is fine but the problem is that the DHL guys came in at 10:14am, went to the reception of another (nearby) building and asked for any collections from me. And when they were told that there is no such collection, they left (how about giving me a call?!?!). Why do I blame Worldwide Parcel Services? Because they failed to tell me about this incident, instead I had to email them and find out about this and then there was no reply to my emails till the very next day.

I really think they should improve their communication channels with the customer and their partners as this affects the quality of the service they provide.
it would be DHL who were responsible for contacting you, good job you didn't book through someone else, some couriers charge a tenner for failed collections!!!

    Hi everybody,
Wondering if anybody could help with a postal service to Omaha (America). My MIL sends parcels to her grandson but is commenting on the price the post office is charging. Does anyone have experience of sending parcels to America?
    Thanks

I am having possible problems with this company as well. I ordered yesterday and was told that I would receive packaging labels this morning. No labels thus far and more frustratingly no communication.

My shipment is time sensitive and now I have no idea what's going on.

Btw, I've done a fair bit of research on these forums looking for the best buy and decided to take a risk on this company and now slightly worried as there's not much feedback on them... I hope it's not a case of too good to be true.
  • why not ask them, give them a call/fax, their customer service is generally very good
