Thanks, at least it doesn't mean its my tracking now working, will be keeping an eye on it.0

Has anyone used Collect+ shop to shop 72hr tracked service. £3.99 for up to 10kg max size 50x30x30cm? Special offer until 10 Nov £3.79.
This seems like a good alternative to Royal Mail as you can book online and just drop your parcel off at a local shop and recipient collects at their designated shop. Online tracking + e-mail updates for both sender and recipient.
Also would avoid those problems when recipient isn't in when RM try to deliver.0 -
Read posts above ive used them a few times, just beware that the shop dosent think its a return and they add on a Littlewoods label as thats what happened to me first time i used it and they went to Littlewoods first , they should just scan the barcode you print off and not add one of there own !0

Thanks that explains the notes on their site about checking the shop doesn't add a label.0

Its something they have added recently as it didnt used to say that before, the depot manager rang me to apologise and said it has been happening quite a lot, teething problems as they say0 -

It is a good service if you live near a collect+ point, however, I wouldn't be very happy if I was sent something this way without my knowledge as my nearest point is 15 miles away so a 30 min, hr long trip to collect a parcel is not good for me!0 -
I think mine is about double that! They've not quite got the Scottish towns covered well yet!!0

Only offering as an option if ebay buyers have that preference, but was a bit concerned that there may be a problem with the third party drop-off and collection points regarding security.0 -
Have you seen a parcel depot ?
They are not exactly high security !0 -

If an ebay seller does that anyway you can claim item not received because unless they have sent to your address in paypal (which I doubt is a collect + point ) they cannot prove delivery so would lose any paypal claim0
