Parcel monkey have really annoyed me as they have failed to pick my parcel up today to! iv waited in ALL day to i'm so angry :mad::mad: that's the first and last time i use them

It is annoying but just remember it was the courier who let you down not the 3rd party you booked it through. beit parcelmonkey or parcel2go and the like.

It happened to me once, it was DHL who failed to collect and although it was clear the collection had been booked they did try and blame the 3rd party. Personally l just think it is the drivers who can't be bothered at times and DHL don't care because they already have the money.

Yes, when you do book a collection, it does show that booking instructions have been given or something like that. When City Link fail to collect, it can't be PM's fault unless they fail to put it right

I know you're not trying to hide it, but I've not found it shown on your site. You may include it in emails, but I've never seen the address on the site(as required by law)

the only need to provide a contact form, not an email address
  • Hi, first post, but I notice a company that I use is not on the list - can be very competitive for sending a parcel to Europe, perhaps not so much for outside Europe, but worth a look nonetheless - they are Worldwide Parcel Services; I can't link as a new user, but worth a mention :)

ive just looked at the couriers for an item that I want to send as it is really heavy 16kg, and really cant believe the difference in price compared to sending via Royal Mail, especially as they collect from home. Ive even double checked and triple checked the prices, are they just to good to be true? Is there any thing I should look out for as for's and against's?

Hi, yes it's right. Some have good deals up to 10Kg like Parcel Monkey, some have good deals up to 30Kg like collectmyparcel.com. Make sure you check the T&Cs to make sure it's ok to send and that it is included in their insurance etc should it get damaged.

Hmm.. 1st post, new member, possible Spam?
Worldwide Parcel Services are really overpriced, possibly why they aren't mentioned!

According to the bill, then surely they should display their address and possibly telephone number somewhere on the site?

Actually they are cheapest for Hungary where I want to send a parcel. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them?

I've used them several times for Europe without any problem and have recommended them in the distant past.
